Functioning essentially as a “pressure sustaining” device, it modulates open when the inlet pressure exceeds the setpoint and closes as pressure drops, ensuring critical upstream processes or vessels maintain the required pressure for operation.
Built for continuous regulation rather than just emergency relief, this valve utilizes a precision spring-loaded or pilot-operated mechanism for smooth, stable control. Designed using SolidWorks and compliant with API and ANSI standards, it offers robust performance in liquid, gas, and steam applications.
